These terms govern the use of the InvestAI mobile app (“the app”), an analysis and decision-support tool covering several financial markets (cryptocurrencies, stocks, forex, indices, commodities). By creating an account or using the app, you accept these terms.
InvestAI provides technical indicators, price action analysis and syntheses generated automatically from historical and public data. The app in no way constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or a portfolio management service. It executes no transaction and has access to no brokerage or exchange account. See the full risk warning shown in the app for details.
You undertake not to :
The app, its design, its code, its brand and its content (excluding public market data from third-party providers) are the property of the publisher of InvestAI and are protected by intellectual property law. No licence of use is granted beyond personal use of the app in accordance with these terms.
Financial markets carry risks of capital loss, up to the total loss of the amounts invested. You remain solely responsible for your investment decisions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher may not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the use of the information provided by the app.
The app is free to download. Viewing prices, charts and markets remains free and unlimited, without an account. Full access goes through a subscription :

Each synthesis written by artificial intelligence triggers processing billed by our provider : that is why it is counted in credits, whereas indicators, price action and charts, computed on your device, are not and remain unlimited for a subscriber.
Users who bought the one-off unlock before the move to subscriptions. That purchase remains valid : it continues to give access to the analysis tabs, permanently and without a subscription, as well as to the monthly free credit quota in force on the purchase date. Moving to subscriptions removes no right already acquired.
Renewal and cancellation. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled beforehand. Cancellation is done from the subscription settings of Google Play or the App Store, not from the app. It takes effect at the end of the period already paid for : access is kept until then.
Displayed prices, billing frequency and cancellation terms are shown before any payment. Payments are processed exclusively by Apple's or Google's billing systems (App Store / Google Play), subject to their own terms. The price actually charged is the one shown by the platform in your local currency, applicable taxes included.
Before any purchase, you can unlock the full analysis for free and permanently on one asset of your choice. This choice is final and non-transferable to another asset : it is fixed at the moment you activate it. This limitation is stated before activation.
Refunds are handled by Google Play and the App Store under their own rules and timelines : we can neither grant nor refuse a refund on their behalf. Any request must be sent to them directly. Deleting your account does not give a right to a refund.
If you live in the European Union, you have a legal right of withdrawal for digital content ; it is exercised with the platform that collected the payment.
Market data and the artificial intelligence synthesis depend on outside providers. If one of them becomes unavailable for a sustained period, the feature concerned may be suspended or replaced. In that case, the technical analysis computed on your device remains available, as it depends on no external service.
You may stop using the app and request deletion of your account at any time (see the privacy policy). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to an account in the event of a manifest breach of these terms.
These terms may be updated, in particular when new features are added. The date at the top of this page indicates the version in force. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
